Information we collect. We collect the account details you provide (such as your email address), the resumes and career information you upload, and usage data generated as you interact with the product. We use this information solely to operate and improve CareerFlint — to analyze and optimize your resume, match you to relevant jobs, and maintain your account.

How we use your data. Your resume and career data are used to deliver the features you request. We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it with employers or recruiters without an action you take. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our models and service quality.

Data security & retention. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain it for as long as your account is active. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from your account settings; deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems.
