Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026. We want you to feel confident trying CareerFlint, so every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email contact@careerflint.com within 7 days of your first purchase of a plan and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan; subsequent renewal payments are covered by the cancellation terms below.

Cancellations. You can cancel your subscription at any time yourself from your account page (Account & billing → Cancel subscription), or by emailing contact@careerflint.com. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 7-day guarantee window, fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable except where required by law.

How refunds are processed. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
