Last updated: July 2026. By accessing or using CareerFlint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our service. CareerFlint is an AI-powered career platform that helps job seekers discover relevant opportunities and optimize their resumes using AI. Job listings on CareerFlint are aggregated from employers' official career pages and direct you to the respective employer's own career website, where you independently complete and submit your application. CareerFlint does not submit applications on your behalf, is not a recruiter or employment agency, and does not charge employers for job postings. Paid plans provide access to AI-powered resume optimization and other premium career tools.

Your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use CareerFlint.

Acceptable use. CareerFlint provides AI-assisted resume analysis, resume optimization, job matching and discovery, and application tracking. You agree to use the service lawfully, to upload only content you have the right to use, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

AI-generated content. Our tools generate suggestions and drafts from the information you supply. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before you rely on or submit it; we do not guarantee any particular hiring outcome.

Plans & billing. Paid plans are billed on the interval shown at checkout. CareerFlint is the seller of record; payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay, and your card details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us. Every plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — see our Refund Policy for details. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing contact@careerflint.com; you will retain paid features until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 7-day guarantee window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes & termination. We may update the service or these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
